Good price, quick communication, solid customer service. Purchased left and right raptor front bumper trim, unfortunately the right arrived with defective mounting holes from manufacturer. I was shocked the defects made it pass quality control. The defects caused alignment issues resulting in an unusable part. Seller was contacted and pictures of defective mounting holes were provided. Purchased item but never arrived. Seller did stay in communication with me throughout the entire process (1 month. From the time of purchase until I received a full refund) I know it was not sellers fault for item to get lost. After a part leaves their store, they have no control over it. The package tracker said it was delivered on 2-1-2025 but she could not find it. I texted the seller and they responded right away. They stayed in touch with me for the next 12 days.
