Item was new and as advertised. Unfortunately for us, this part didn't fix the problem. No fault of the part or of the seller. Would buy from this seller again, great value, communication, packaging & shipping .
OEM quality like it says, packed well so showed up in perfect condition and looks great as well as it was delivered earlier than predicted. Was also the best price I found.
Packaging was torn in multiple areas and box was completely torn apart. Part was new and undamaged. Shipping arrived sooner than expected.
