Seller was awesome, shipped fast, answered messages daily. Hated the device, too slow for me. That said condition of device and packaging was fine. Just did not like product. Seller quickly offered a price adjustment or return and refund, my choice. I chose return and refund. Seller refunded purchase price promptly after receiving the return. Item received in good condition and is of excellent quality. Good value for the money, not great but good. The item's appearance is as depicted in the photos provided. It doesn't do exactly what I wanted, but it looks good. So, it's a keeper for now. Looks great, not a Snap On, but it works. Arrived 2 days ahead of projected date. Good eBayer.
