Unfortunately it was the wrong item purchased for my car so had to be sent back. But the seller was really helpful, apologised for the mistake and gave me a full refund without hassle. Although the item was the wrong one for my car the seller still dispatched it quickly and it was well packaged, the refund process was as quick as could be. The seller delivered excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company.
Fast response to order. Only small issue was that security catch was faulty and we had to ditch it and use the one from the old part - not sure seller would even have been aware of this when sending and not held against them. Apart from that minor issue, I'm happy with both price, speed of despatch and would be happy to buy from this seller again.
Good dispatch of item poor courier service ie tracked leaving supplier made its way to Wales where I am and done detour back to England taking 3 days in process ??? Bit annoyed as it took so long I missed mot retest and ended up paying full retest fee Not suppliers fault but very poor management on part of courier company
