Gould's pump end was as described, in original and heavy packaging. Shipping was quick and handled properly. Good price for a Gould's pump that was surplus and half the price of current Gould pumps of this size. Sometime's hard to decide to buy surplus but this was a no brainier and all was handled professionally. Will do business with these people any time.
