The item is as advertised a genuine Volvo part still in its original packaging and a quality item very pleased with the item not so happy with the communication from the seller. The response to messages was slow and after ordering I was told it was the wrong part but upon receiving it it was the correct item and when I query about the part being wrong, I was told no I couldn’t have a discount so clearly someone’s got their right wires crossed so I’m confused
A great part, as described in new condition. Well packaged and appears to be OEM. A good price. However there is no getting away from the fact that Evri is not a company that a professional firm should be using. They were terrible and I waited a long time - communication in this period was poor with the eta increasing day after day.
